Question about seeds

I don't know where I should post this. I plan on buying seeds from Dr Chronic over the next day or two. I live in the US. I know they ship here. My brother says it's a federal offense, and I say it's just a misdemeanor. I'm pretty comfortable with buying the seeds regardless of the laws. I'd like to have an arguement against my brother, so I was hoping for your help.

And also, I was wondering if there's anyone who've bought seeds from the Doc, and havent recieved them.

Yeah I just ordered from Dr. Chronic and I am in the East Coast/ NY so I think they will get here pretty fast. Seeds are illegal to possess so be careful. The package does come very discreetly.

yo im in the southeast and it took about 2 weeks but they came nicely marked and stealthily packaged. Dr Chronic is da shiznit!BTW check out his forums, they have some good info ; )

I ordered on 9/1 and have not received my order yet. I'm in Cali. I emailed the Doc and they told me that I should have received the order but I haven't. They said that they would check their returns and get back to me. Wonder if they will?? If not I'm out 2 bills. Good luck.

My take on ordering seeds is ...the feds these days aren't going to waste time and energy searching for and/or prosecuting for small packages of seeds.....(although one guy on this site claims to have recieved a letter inside his order from customs stating they were confiscated)..the only other thing you have to watch out for are the mail personnel stealing them if they recognize the package/sender

As far as i know it is a federal offence to ship seeds into the USA,for the seller as well as the buyer,your bro is correct on the point of law,this law is regardless of what state you live in as federal law supersedes state law.

I live in england but i have followed the us laws closely as the laws of your country are what makes weed illegal in my country

But i would say do it anyway because we need more and more acts of civil disobedience to help change this law and if you do get caught insist that you are not a criminal and that you are merely participating in an act of civil disobedience
