I have always grown hydroponiclly using hydrodon as media. I am trying experiment with blue dream using roots organic soiless media in pots, using saturation feeding. After setting up pots with soil I washed soil in pots with RO water and tested run-off Ph was were it should be but PPM was 750, so if I add my normal nutrients to the media will PPM rise. if my normal salution is around 1500 PPM does this mean that my PPM with the soiless media will be 2200+????? anybody have an idea about this situation.
