Hey all,
I decided to grow my autoflowering strain in soil. I grabbed a Solo cup and filled it with a 50/50 mixture of mushroom compost and Hapi-Gro potting mix. Miracle-Gro perlite was thrown into the mix as well for drainage and such. My little seedling popped its head up yesterday and seems to be happy thus far. My question concerns the point at which I'm going to need to add supplemental nutrients. When to do this seems a little more unclear than with hydro. I've heard that one should wait three weeks or so before adding nutes, but I'm not for sure.
I'll be using Dyna-Gro (Grow and Bloom). What do I look for to know when I need to start adding nutrients? Also, should I invest in some Pro-Tekt? Thanks
