Whats up eveyone, I just bought a 24" Lights of America fluorescent grow light that uses 17 watts and has a 75 watt light output and I was wondering if it would work for growing one plant in a small area.

ulll be able to make it grow.. barely definately not worth your time and energy.. cfls are a cost efficient solution

how are you trying to install them?> you can either use light fixtures screwed onto 2X4..and then wired into a plug...or just plug them into anything that would normaly take a regular light bulb...but it depends on what you want to do excatly...

dont need to install u get the bulb and a socket to put it in.. lol.. u can rig up your own set up with a power bar and a couple of these

4 42w CFLs are PLENTY enough to get you started....(i used 2 13w CFLs to get 2 bagseeds sprouted and there still doin wonderful.
