Question about lighting and Hermaphroditing???????

My plants were almost done budding, buds were beautifull just not big enough yet and trichomes were just getting milky. Somehow my timer made a boo boo and my lights were messed up for about three days(2 weeks back) . Light was given to all four plants for about two hours in the middle of their night time. I realized what had happened and quickly fixed the problem. A week and a half later my buds had not grown much and I noticed what looked like pollen sacks in the pits of all the branches. I may have over reacted, but in an attempt to save my buds and the 2 plants i had just moved into my flower room, i removed them and made a crappy early harvest.
Now i am starting to question my actions....? Is this how plants hermorphadite? with screwing up the lighting.....
Now I am worried about the two young plants I just moved into the flower room. Do you think they are fucked as well? It almost looks like they have pollen sacks growing on them.
could they have morhped just by being next to hermies. Am I just frieking out?
