Question about light rails & light movers

I have about 10 x 10 on each side(grow room and bloom room), with 1k MH in grow and 1k HPS + a 250hps in bloom. I currently have 19 plants in bloom, plants are doing very well but I worry they're not getting enough direct light to maximize bud growth. Have Same num of plants in grow... Using mostly 3 or 5 gal smart pots with ffof.
I'd like to run up to 32 plants at a time per side.. would adding a light rail into grow and another into bloom create enough coverage to handle 32 about 4 ft plants? Should I shoot for less like 20 or 24 ish?
Any input on lighting with rails and movers would be appreciated.
Thx!

thats pushing it. I will be running 2 x 600watters on 2 rails to run 48 plants in flower.

i suppose it would be possible if you were to fashion a wing to hang both the 1k and the 250 on a rail.

or use one of these:

http://www.amazon.com/Solar-Revolution-Light-Mover-included/dp/B005M4UNOW/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1318288738&sr=8-3

more expensive, would search around for a better price, but it would get much better total light coverage that a regular light rail. would work great for your situation.
when the 1k watt isnt on them giving them the intense light, the 250 watter will give them some light.

i dont want to create an argument again, butt no light movers in flower rooms. very bad idea. get another light or do less plants.

I do have other options though... Could move the other 1 k to bloom, add a 3rd 1k to grow. Was trying to keep the electric cost down if possible... Add rail in grow and another 1k in bloom?
Thoughts?

1250 watts for 19 plants 4 ft tall?? You need more than a light mover, you need some more light! idk 10x10 cut in half is 5x5 which is 1250 watts will cover, but that sounds like a tough fit for that many plants in that space.....maybe I read it wrong.
