Question about harvesting and some REALLY COOL PICS. Check it out

I am now 5 weeks into flower with my lights on 12/12. I have had some issues with this girl with my light snapping the stem in half and then i had a slight issue with nutes and spots showing up on the leaves.
Since then i have done a flush and changed nutes and the plants seems to enjoy the new waterings.
The tops of all the colas already have the hairs turning amber. Some of the little popcorn nugs are already mostly amber. Where the lower popcorn nugs are still completely white hair.
I read that you should not cut off any nugs until the plant is ready and all the nugs have changed. Is this true? if so should the lower one change faster because i feel that the top nugs are just about done and the bottom still needs 2-3 weeks.
I have included pics of what the amber nugs look like along with the white nugs. I have also included a pic of the whole plant where you can see lots a little popcorn style nugs formed. Some really cool up-close and in your face pics to to show the trics.
Please let me know your thoughts or advise.

Thank you

You could always harvest in stages. just take whats ready and lower your lights and wait for the rest to develop.
