question about flowering

i have a plant running on 3 42 watt cfl (soft white) is this good for the veggin stage and what lights should i use for flowering? about 6 42 watt cfl on the warm white side? ( is warm white the same as bright white)

For flower 12/12:

If you have the means I would use a hps.

You can use cfl's with a color at 2700k.


For vegging:

MH or hps

cfl's at 5500k to 6500k

you shoulda used daylight for veg really but its all good obvioulsy dosnt matter

but you want the warm white around 2700 k for flower and as many as possible without being rediculous

i am in veggin now shes growing really good.. i figure around 8000-10,000 lumens would be good enough..shes on a timer for 18/6.. i think ill add 2 more 42 watt cfls for the rest of the veggin but is soft white fine for vegging?

for flowering i was going to get 8 42 watt cfls with a warm white spectrum on 12/12..will that be enough?

soft white (bathroom/kitchen) CFLs for flower... as many as possible, as close as possible.
