Question about flowering

Hello Riu, I have a plant that I want to start flowering, but I have a question? The plant is about 16in high and is in a 2 gallon pot. I know i will have to transplant to a bigger size pot. My question is should i transplant before flowering or can I transplant after i find out the sex of the plant. I hate to transplant now and find out that it is a male. What do u think? Thanks!

or you can do it now instead of later when its a girl and take a chance on f~~king her up. would hate to see you brake a plant in half just a thought

Yeah good call.... Its just a real bushy plant and seems like its going to be difficult to transplant, but i guess it would be easier to do now instead of later

I just had watered the plant a few hours ago, would it be a good idea to transplant now or should i wait. This might be a stupid question but i never transplanted a plant this large before. Thanks again!

You can leave it in the 2 gal pot and it will continue to grow fine.

Will i be able to flower with this pot the whole way?

Ok so i just transplanted to a 5 gallon pot. I think everything went ok but is it normal for the plant to droop a little after it has been transplanted? How long does it take for me to know the plant had a succesful transplant? This is my first grow so I really have nothing to compare it to. Thanks

just try to keep all other conditions as stable as possible and hope for the best.
