Question about feeding plants during rainy periods

I live in the south in a tropical humid climate. When it rains it can rain for a few days off and on which means I wont need to water my plants. When its dry there is no problem.
I use fox farm soil and grow bags to hopefully allow for the best drainage and ventilation to prevent root rot or over saturation. However I don't know how to give them the nutrients when there not in need of a drink? Im afraid to make a stronger batch of nutrients (instead of using 3 tsp of one product per gallon per plant use 3 tsp per half gallon but only give them 1/4 gal water) but im afraid to possibly burn the plant by not diluting it enough.
Basically, how the heck do i give them the nutrients when its been raining? I know dumping the nutrients right on the soil could kill them without diluting so i wont do that. I would like to keep to a constant feeding schedule but right now i cant and some of them are nearing the final stages so its important.

i was hoping to stick w fox farm through the whole thing. i appreciate the info though. maybe ill email or call fox and ask them how to go about this. if i can get any help i will post it up. Thanks

update: I called Fox farm and they said "hmm...thats a good question. We really dont have any tested or documented info on making a concentrated fertilizer but you could use one of our dry fertilizers". I was not aware they had dry ones.
My next isuse is if i went to a dry fertilizer what would take place of the 3 products I use (Big bloom, grow big, and buds an bloom? here are the dry fertilizers: https://foxfarm.com/product-category/dry-fertilizers/

but how i go about using which one when is going to be a whole other learning curve. I guess i will start researching.

It's simple just use what they recommend, they have veg and flower nutes and I myself have heard nothing but good things about this and its organic. At the end of the day nutes is nutes just go easy with it you will be alright!!

I think you are overthinking all of this. You could always just go feed your plants in the rain if they are hungry.

If rain is this much of an issue for you now, just wait till week 5-6 of flower.

but my nutes are liquid and it keeps raining so Im told dont over water my plants or youll kill them. or are you reffering to powder nutes they have? i was looking throuhg there site and they have a ton of stuff so i wasnt really sure the best option to replace Big Bloom. Would marine cusisine be good though its slow release? Plus, i used Fox soil so i know it has nutrients already in it etc.

more than likely lol. This is my first time so I am just following all the shit i read "dont over water them" etc which means how do i feed them in a water based formula if they dont need water and if i replace it with powder which powders replace the three liquid nutrient pack I bought for the phases? thank you

No reason not to use other brands of dry amendment. Check your local grow shop. The fox farm is expensive.
