question about distance of my lamp to seedling

its only a 125 watt but how many cm gap do i leave from light to seedling?

i cant explain it any better than that

125 floro or incandescent? How does the seedling look, how big is it and its leaves?

the best answer is as close as you can get without burning your plants leaves, make sure you have airflow no matter what kind of light your using

just sprouted about 2 inches now first 4 leaves are about 1 cm in lenth

lamp is about 4 inches from head no air flow yet gettin a fan
