Question about co2 setup

I was given a sentinel chhc-4 control unit, so i am planning on adding Co2 to the flower room. I've heard that the room needs to be completely sealed for co2 to work. My room is not completely sealed and i have an exhaust fan on 24hrs a day. Would it still be worth using the co2? Also, if i do add it, where should i place the tubing that dispenses the co2? should i figure out a way to work the tubing on the perimeter of the lights or hang from the ceiling? My ceiling is 10' high and my exhaust fan would be below the tubing. If anyone has any helpful links that would also be appreciated.

Plug it in and check your level. I also run 24/7 exhaust and I'm consistently over 800ppm CO2 WITHOUT added CO2. I won't use my tank again until I seal it up for AC in the summer.

Your going to need an alternative cooling method to your current fan that's on 24 hr a day. A mini split ac or high quality portable with two ducts will work.
