Question About Atuoflower Cloning

So I Keep Hearing That If You Try To Clone An Autoflowering Plant

It Will Stay The Same Age,

And Flower The Same,

But Only Be Like A Few Bowls At The Most.

I Was Wondering If You Could Take That Small Flower,

And Polinate That And Not The Whole Plant,

And Still Get Seeds From It?

Would That Work?

Hes talking about making a clone of a autoflower plant, and pollinating the clone. This should work right? Sorry I cant help, I was just clearing up the question.

No,

People Say That If You Tried To Clone An Autoflowering Plant,

It Wouldn't Really Be A Clone, And Would Still Be In The Same Cycle, Just A Smaller Plant.

And I Was Wondering If That Would Be Polinatable,

So You Can Get A Seed, But Not Seed Up The Whole Plant, Therefore Making The Rest More Potent.

Okay, to begin with, the way you are typing is a bit of a trip...

If you come across male auto pollen, and pollinated a branch of a female auto, yes you will get seeds and not seed the whole plant if you have done it properly.

And yes, if you clone an auto it will be the same age as the mother.

i don't see how the clone would have enough time to root enough where it could make viable seed.

I am guessing that there is some limiting factor here. Either you dont want to wait or dont have many seeds to start with or... why not save yourself the trouble and just seed up a whole plant. This way you can just flower out more next grow, having more seed = more buds next grow rather than setting your plant back for just a few seeds. By doing what you say you will have diminished yield of the plant and of seeds. Whereas, waiting will give plenty seeds and if your low on seeds now more plants(bud) next time. Also like Total Head said you could just be wasting the plant by not allowing it to create viable seeds. Then you got little bud and no new seeds..... If you do it right and wait(patience) you wont have to start all over. just my half a cent
