Some of you may have been following my posts in the World of Hempy thread, so I thought I would add a thread devoted to my grow for others who have missed it. My quest is to get a new mom from bagseed, I was not happy with my previous one, plus she was getting too big for her container.
Set-up:
32" x 32" x 5' H Grow Tent (4" inline exhaust and intake fans)
Two (2) 150w HPS lights
Two (2) 12" blue/white LED Panels (added for early veg & later used for clones)
Four (4) 12" red LED Panels (1620 lumens each - added during flowering)
Nutes: DynoGro Protekt every watering, General Hydroponics Flora Series during veg, MaxiBloom during flowering
Medium: 3:1 perlite to vermiculite mix
CO2 Exhale Grow Bag in the tent
Liquid PH tester used to keep water in the 6.0 range
Germinating to Week 3:
I began by germinating some bagseed which I have been saving throughout the years. Once they germinated I took the best looking 18 or so put those into Jiffy pellets until they sprouted and grew to about an inch or so. From there the best 9 were put into Solo cup Hempy buckets. I started with no nutes, worked my way up from 1/4 strength all the way up until full. I typically watered/nuted everyday.
After three weeks they were around 6 to 8 inches tall so I transplanted the best six into 2.5 gallon buckets. They were the watered/nuted every other day.
Week 4:
Here they are today at just under 4 weeks old in their 2.5 gallon buckets:

The plan is to take clones this weekend and then switch them to flowering on the first of September. They were flushed today with just the DynoGro and PH-right water. I'll start them on about 1/4 strength MaxiBloom and work my way up.
I'll post some pics of my clones over the weekend or early next week. In the meantime feel free to ask me any questions or if I can help your grow in anyway.
