Querkle...weird growth

So i got 5 querkle cracked yesterday...one seed was kinda looking weird which i think it was a twin. So today i checked the seed again and the outer shell was already removed by itself. I had no chance of taking a picture was worried that the root may dry out. Since there are two heads growing together one on top which was normal and the 2nd head was at the bottom a few cm away from the tap root, so i shoved the lower head at the soil since i dont want to risk the whole seedling to die on me. Has anyone had experience this? Would it be ok to sacrifice the other head? I had to post it on this section since this section has more people throwing in there 2 cents. Thanks

ima check later if the roots has grow longer and if the other twin is still alive i might try to let it breathe out of the soil and take pic...question if i breed this one will the outcome of the other seed will have a ratio of having twins? i know i try to make this sound like a big deal im just a little concerned. ive got few lemons that was twins and the other half usually dies or the whole seedling dies
