Quantum Apocalypse, for mites

Hi,
I've heard a lot about this product ( Quantum Apocalypse ) but they took it off the shelf's about a year ago I believe. I've seen that it is now being sold again, but haven't found anybody saying anything about it in over a year now. Does anybody know if this product still kicks butt for mites? I need a new product and will only use OMRI products and this is one of them. Any help or comments would be great! Thanks to all for the help.

crushed hot peppers 3 drops dawn dishwashing liquid 1 liter water and it kills on contact.
