Quality problems with the venerable Volcano vaporizor

Are you folk seeing quality issues with the Volcano vaporizers during the last 5 years?

I have had issues with each Volcano I purchased during the last five years.
Which does not compare favorably with each Volcano that I purchased during the previous 10 years.

I believe the acquisition was by a private equity type company. Who ever owns it now is fucking things up in the product and also in the sales and service. My experience with the Storz & Bickel sales and support team during the last 5 years has been shitty at best. They give me the impression that they could not give two fucks about their customers.

in that case, the parts to build it from are like the space shuttle, made by the cheapest company. not properly tested and then used by the company i think. see what other feedback u get.
