Quality Pictures: heat burned seedlings?

These are about 3 weeks old. Tips are browning in spots, and curling. Growth seems stunted.
I may have had the light too close (18") for about 16 hrs at one point, about 4 days ago.

  • 78-81F in box, humidity was up to 80%, now down to 45-50%.
  • 400W MH and 4 100w eq 5k CFL, Lighting is 18/6.
  • Distilled water, no nutes, 005ppm, 5.2-6.2 ph adjusted 1-2 times daily, 70'f steady, Mister is 1 hr on 1 off.
  • Seeds started in Rockwool cubes now in hydroton, Roots have begun showing through the net pots, hanging 1-4" below pots at this point, but just a few per pot.
  • Strain is Nir. B-52, have been displaying slow growth since start under 3 60w eq full-spectrum cfls w/ a heat mat and air temp at ~84'F.

I think that I may have burned them. I was also concerned with maybe needing to feed them?
Can anyone confirm?

I guess if I did, than I just have to wait for them to heal themselves?

Is there anything I can do to help at this point?

I'm also going to post a thread about some odd growth(which may be normal for all i know), but I don't believe it to be related, but i guess i'll come back and add a link once i do - just in case...

I had the same thing happen to my plants, and the only answer i could find was this

HEAT STRESS

It basically said to move the lights up and wait it out. Maybe someone can provide a better answer as to some steps to recovery from heat stress.

Hey I was wondering if someone could help me out? I have a 5 day old sprout(Dinafem Auto RoadRunner) thats got the two oval looking leaves and the leaves appear brownish black?? Is it because of the lighting? I have her in a small party cup with two 40w flouresent bulbs. I was thinking maybe I shoul take one out, like one of the bulbs? Cause I have te cup in a 5 gallon fish tank for humidity. Please help its the only seedling that sprouted out of 35 that I had bought.
