Basically is it possible to clone a female, then bloom it then pollinate some of its buds for seed and keep some for smoke?

I am hoping to have my 1 1/2 month sole female plant veg fro another 2 weeks, then clone most of the lower branches and got o bloomcycle. After 2 months I am hoping to use the pollen I have from the male of the same same strain in the freezer to pollinate only some of the buds to get a bunch of seeds. It would be nice to kkep some of the buds sensi.
Is it possible and if so, how do I isolate the buds for pollination from the buds for smoke?

Also at what stage in bloom do you pollinate?

I include photos of the plants from beginning to now for reference.

By the way , when gathering pollen from many male plants wear a mask. Pollen can get into your lungs and its nasty!!

Please feel free to criticise or comment so me and other noobs learn. I personally read a lot but this is my first serious attempt at growing for personal use.

In about two weeks ill bud the female plant, pollinate and smoke all that remains unseeded two months after.

Thanks

Sure you can, take a cutting or a few, give the mother a bit of time to recoup and throw her in to flower. As to the pollinating issue, pick up an artists paint brush and lightly "paint" the buds you want pollinated. Pull the plant from your room and do it far away from the others, also try to find a spot that has no drafts....pollen is crazy easy to spread unintentionally.
Hope this helps

From what I have gathered the answer to my questions posed a few weeks ago is that YES.

One can grow vegetatively, then clone, then go to bloom and pollinate some buds for seeds and keep some for harvest. Obviously it requires more care and attention especially not to pollinate all buds.

Infact I have not reached that stage yet and I really wonder how it is possible to contain the pollen on some of the buds so they dont transfer to other buds. Placing the pollinated buds in clear plastic (zip lock) allows for light to penetrate but blocks moisture and air flow and in unhealthy for seed production. Placing them in paper bag allows for breathing but blocks the light. If anyone knows what to use please advise.

Thanks
