[Q?]2 40W tubes(coolblue) Good for veg?

I have 2 cool white 40w florescent tube on my plants for veg, is this good enough?

If not, how much more should I use

I have 2 plants under it right now, and a couple more will come later.


EDIT: they are cool white, not blue..

those will work but i would say you need at least another two tubes on your plants for veg. but come flower time, those will only get you so far with minimal results. i flowered for about 5 weeks with very little bud growth, in the last three weeks with a 400w hps the buds atlest tripled in size, wish i would have gotten the hps earlier.
