How far into flowering are you? I've read pyrethrins are okay in the first half, like within a month from the onset of flowering.

I got some pyrethrins when I thought I had a cattepillar. Natria was the product. Instead I got a green led to hunt while the lights were off.

Read around, and I'm sure someone will chime in that has experience with that product.

apparently its safe to use right upto the day of harvest even on fruit you are going to eat

I guess that you can wash fruit unlike bud unless you water cure it

I`d try to avoid getting it on/in the bud sites

Sounds tedious, but this is what I'd do. Spot test it on a couple leaves if you have a day. If it does no harm, then pour it in a bowl and ise a paint brush to apply to all the fan leaves, top and bottom. Better than spraying all your buds. You can't wash them and you're gonna smoke (taste and inhale) whatever residue is left. Just my opinion.

Thnks man, but I will only spray in veg.. the warning label has get me turning back to neem/garlic.. fuckin thrips hate that shit:)

Ive been growing for quite a spell, this works. Im way past the point of using organic pesticides. Live in Colorado;) I wouldnt use pyrithren for thrips but Im sure it works.Thrips hang out in the node of the plant mostly, really got to get down in there with some spinosad

Pyrethrin is the chem extracted from the Chrysanthemum flower, and is used in great effect by the fly spray makers, technically pyrethrin is an organic bug killer, BUT and there are a few buts, the carpet bagger who peddles this shit uses hydrocarbons, or petroleum as a carrier for the pyrethrin, hence you gotta cover the fish bowel and kick the cat out too, by far the best deal is the use of neem oil ...to my blog:

I have used fly spray to kill bugs, but use it gentle like, put the plant in a closet spray quick, allow to sit for 3-5 minutes remove to a windy place
and wipe down those fans leaves from burning the stomata, with a damp soapy cloth
