Put Outside Right After Germination?

I want to grow around 5 females so I will plant 10 seeds and see how it goes. But right after germination can I immediately move the plants outside (leaving them in the cups), or will they most likely die? I would prefer to grow NOTHING inside.

I would keep them under cfls for a week, it would get them stronger for the hazards outside.

Yes you can put them outside after germination, just plant them in some soil about an inch from the top layer.
