Purple under leaves

hi there are small purple marks under both of my seedlings leaves, they are currently at 3inches and 2inches tall

please say this isn't a major problem

they look normal at the top

Pics please? 'Purple marks' can be a variety of marks or symptoms or nothing to worry about...
