could be natural coloring's in your nutrient line up. check your strain on google images or from your vendor website, see if your buds match are on par with the review pictures etc.
i did turn a plant black in my early years by using un-refined sugar to try and boost them. looked pretty messed up and didnt taste too good.
looks like it could be genetic though.

The first real closeup of the tops do look a lot similar, as to coloring, excited to see how she turns out!
