under 250w hps for the first time.
A good shot of what topping, supercropping, and lst can do change
the way a plant grows.
As a plant grows vertically, the lights move up along with the top growth. Not doing side flowers any good.
Without adding side lighting these will be small wispy buds.
If you can change the shape of the plant to grow horizontal you can keep more light
closer to more of the plant as a whole.(assuming top lighting only)
Thats my thoughts anyway.I've always lstd cfl grows, testing on the new hps to
compare weights for myself.

Here's some good advice: because some new growth on your plant is yellow or slightly discolored green I assume you have an iron, copper or sulfur deficiency (probably iron). Also, those spots on the leaves indicate a calcium deficiency.

Buy some minerals to fix this OR buy molasses, it has all the minerals your plant needs. (1-2tbs/gallon).

I was wondering about those problems.
spots only just started. Light growth for 10 days.
New to hps thought it could be that.
