Purchasing Seeds

I have read a few people's post that state that purchasing seeds with an International Visa Gift Card is somewhat safe. Can someone explain to me or send me a message on how to obtain an international gift card without giving personal information. ( if it's possible )

also many have stated, as does the growing bible.

Have your seeds sent to a P.O. box with an assumed name.

How is this possible, my local post office requires 2 forms of identification to open a P.O. box

I know that "dry snitching" is a concern - so if you would rather answer in Email that is cool too.

this is the problem with the prepay cards i have found.. you do need to give name address dob and email and they do put in place some checks to make sure its you including checking whether or not you are on the voters roll (uk)

you could always get one and then phone them and tell them you have moved to a different address once you receive it

not as straight forward as it seems eh?
