Pungent smell

Have a question? the grow I have! isn't big just a few plants and they are budding like mad and very close to done!! but what I would like to know is? right now while working on them they can make you feel a little sick to the stomach, can they really be that pungent, thier isn't anything wrong could there be ?< :wall: I mean Wow! buddy?! you tell me? you get even get close to them and smell them, someone please answer this question?

Hit me with your knowledge of growing and if you have suggestion for pest killing agents that are okay to use on this type of plants.

wow that's stinky, I have some that smell just like cat piss but they don't make me feel sick like smelling some old ass cat litter box.

Wait till the harvest, then your really gonna b sick.
They stink like fuck when you work on em and they r hanging.
Mine wafts through the house, rite now as I cut 1 down Sunday nite.

Im fuckin baked man!

The pungent smell is usually a good thing bro. It's called "The DANK"! Enjoy it!

Hay Thanks for the welcome, ya! shit the last time I had grown a small crop of about 20 or so plants maybe 12 years or so ago, they did not smell like this, I guess they smelled more skunk than these plants, I did take a small branch of buds, used a quick dry method ( not the best way but at 2am how the fuck cares right, I smoked a 1/2 joint ansd 3 bongs, Shit!!! I felt like I was going to slip into a coma fuck, shit what scares me I my never leave the couch again, hell where ever I got the seeds from Dam glad to have planted them!!

LOL right on
I use my CFL lights to fast dry if needed it can be done within a day and is the best ive found.
Put your herb in a paper town and place it over top the cfl and bam in a few hours it's dry and has the best taste that I have found... Dont use a microwave plz man. lol

I agree not to use the microwave, but light isn't good for the drying process either... if you really need to do a quick dry, set ur oven to the lowest possible setting (usually 100 F) and LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN.....

depending how much you're drying it should be good in less than an hour.... Mindyou, the curing process is what REALLY brings out the good goodness!

Yeah BUT the paper towl blacks out the light,
slower process is better.
I have a toaster over and it doesnt go below 200, specially not my stove oven.

Well a sample is a sample, not the full end product, so if yer gonna quick dry it never will b the best. I also only sample the shittiest buds. I dont sample at all anymore tho. I took 2 from my first and 1 last week from my 2nd. My first is down and cured and about all smoked up LOL. My 2nd is hanging to dry now.

Okay here is another qustion the buds on 1 plant are getting amber or rust color hairs, but not completely the outer most are! I am going to attempt to take picture and post so you can see, but a good part of 1 plant looks real close.

I guess my question is should I wait or should I cut the buds that are maturing and dry.

Watch for the picture.

Plane on it! I think some of the bud on one plant is good to be cut and dried, I am going to video buds and see what the response is. But ya cut some samples and dried little by Micowave and other natural Big dif in tast, and gives a good buzz-on 2 bongs and feelin much better.
