Pump timer question

Hi all... This is my first indoor grow, which is going great!! I have a pump for my hydro setup, but I need to find a timer for my pump. The only timers I have been able to find only let me set it for 30 minute intervals. I don't think I need it on that long. Does anyone know where I can find a good timer or let me know what works for you.
Thank you so much for any info, I really appreciate it!

What you're looking for is called a recycling timer. They allow very precise control of pumps, solenoids, etc. They're a little more expensive than normal timers but will allow you to set your pump intervals any way you like. Hope that helps :)

Wal-Mart has digital timers.

Most timers are actually sold for home security reasons. people like to set their outside(and sometimes the inside) lights on timers so as to appear people are home, when they're in fact, on vacation, or wherever. Just ask sum1 at Wal-Mart for a timer like that, and they'll get you the right one.

OH! And you should feed your plants two or three times a day, for about 5-10 minutes at a time. 3Xs /day, for 5 minutes at a time worked fine for me. Just make sure you balance your nutes to your plants liking! Not to the advice of others.
