Pulse Start MH ballast question.....

So I am considering the purchase of a used 150w MH ballast to experiment with some Philips CMH bulbs. So I need a pulse start ballast to fire the lamps but the one I am looking at doesn't say specifically that it is pulse start and the previous owner doesn't have a clue either.

My question is, if the MH ballast has an ignitor and a capacitor then it is pulse start, correct? Or is there a such thing as a probe start MH outfitted with a capacitor & ignitor?

correct but I thought a ceramic MH bulb needed a HPS ballast
