Pulled roots off , Pics included

Being an idiot i was messing with my 1 plant being grown in an aerogarden and was trying to adjust the position of the roots, in doing so i pulled off the main root system and now only have 1 (very new) root system going down.

The roots i pulled off were turning brown and were barley connected to the plant, the remaining one has a much healthier base tho.

Is there anything i can do to help alleviate this stress, and will she even pull thru?

bumppppp, Will she just undergo trasnplant shock?

Added Root 66 last night and she still looks ok today...

you might want to start over shes been through a lot. my the looks of it you could be right back to where you are in three weeks. imo.
