Proven Super Soil Bases

Hi, I live in northern California, I love supersoil but lately everyones talkin that trash on roots organics as a base.

I was wondering which base soils others have used with excellent results?

I'm.not asking good bagged or local soils but rather ones that you have used for supersoil that have worked well. I.know sub mentioned a harvest moon.but ive never seen that one anywhere

I am trying a organic base that is been doing well.
Aged Bark
Aged sawdust
sphagnum peat moss
steer manuer
pumice
perlite
bat guano
feather meal
kelp meal
dolomite

Its premade in 1.5 cuft no critters , and for the flower mix I will add more PK cal mag and use it on the bottom layer or as a topper too.

TGA has made it easy wih the two bags they offer. A cold soil and a hot soil, just look in to that too.

I am running my 3rd season on the old supersoil recipey with only cleaning out the old roots, flush the salts and adding a tablespoon of new amendments.

i have made super soil with roots original, roots green lite, fox farm ocean forest, happy frog, and dr. earth (the mixture that is supposedly tailored to cannabis). They all work, but after running these different mixtures over 3 years in my perpetual garden i have come to the conclusion that if you truly want 100% consistency from batch to batch you need to make your own from scratch. That being said roots original is still the best bagged soil i have used. My roots mix has gotten me published in high times and laboratory test results of over 21% thc and over 23% total cannabinoid content.

same thing as kane. ive had nothing but excellent results with roots as my base.

Here is day 58 in the old mix on the third reuse. Pro mix with all the amendments added from subs old recipe!
