You can use lethal force to defend yourself if attacker has an intention to kill you with a deadly weapon, if he is close enough to harm you, and you are in imminent danger with no means of escape (such as a dead end alleyway). Kyle Rittenhouse is clearly a murderer who intentionally shot people with multiple shots at two different instances within the same day.

Right now the focus is on the corruption, crimes and treason of Trump and the republicans, there is so very much evidence and hardly any investigations have started.
We will worry about Biden's corruption, crimes and treason when he commits it, but not before.
