proposed grow box

im a total noob here but ive grown once before but that was outdoors over the summer and my friend did most of the work, but i know the basic shit asociated with growing
im trying to make a small (2 plant, 2 clones) grow box to grow for personal use, im gonna use the ScrOG method in a 1 foot by 2 foot grow box with a total height of 3 and half feet, the clone box is gonna be 1 foot by 1 foot with a height of 2 feet, i decided on high-output full-spectrum cfl's for the gorw box to avoid overheating (the reason why my last grow box almost lit on fire) and just two big ass (900 lumen each) floodlgiths for the clone box. the box itself has to be somewhat stealth and is going to be made out of thick cardboard so that it can fit in with its surroundings (a pile fo boxes)
the veg/flowering box is going to be hydro with the plants in either perlite or vermiculite, these will be sitting in a plastic container filled with aerated and nutrient rich water that im going to manually change every 3 days. the clones are going to be in rockwool cubes in a shallow rectangular pan filled with nuted water
im shooting for a total grow time of around 8 weeks, whcih seems okay cause im doing the ScrOG method
if you guys have any suggestions about the above thatd be aweosme =]
but also:
im gonna order seeds form nirvana seeds and im thinking about a nice sative or 50/50 sativa indica strain with a high yeild and high THC levels, i was thinking about PPP feminized or white widow, do you guys have any suggestions about whcih strain i should use?
also, i have about half the supplies, but i need to order some more stuff, theres a website called stealthhydro.com and im thinking about ordering from there, is it legit? or do you have any other suggestions?

okay u dont have to change every 3days tho cause the plants wont use all those nutes in 3days.
Nirvana aint shippin to the US nemore right now cause of stealth issues.
U can use attitude or da doc to get Nirvana seeds.

k thanks bro, im gonna use dr chronic for the seeds and stealth hydro for all the supplies, the whole systemn should be up and runing in about a month
