Proper use of a PAR meter?

I've been unsuccessful with Google search. I'm looking for an article or information that would explain what light intensity I should be looking for during the different lifecycles of the plant. I have a 300 W Vero kit from timber lights.

PAR meter is just a measurement tool.

What you are asking for is plant specific and what we are all trying to figure out.

There are a number of books on horticultural, research, studies, etc you can go through for guidance. Anything 10-3500+ PPFD will grow.

but for starters try 300-400 ppfd in veg and 700-800 in flower, this works well for most people. you need to learn to watch the plants
