Proper PPM

every supplier is different...but yea that chart looks pretty standard...some strains can take close to 3k ppm, just depends on your setup and your babies

Always err on the side of caution, especially if you are new to growing. A nutrient deficiency is easier to correct than nutrient burn. If you are unsure, start off at 1/4 of the manufacturer's recommended dosage. Then you can work your way up from there, paying close attention to your plants. They will tell you when they are happy.
