Promix has mycorrhizal fungi in while sunshine mix doesn't
WRONG
Sunshine Advanced Mix #4 is meticulously formulated to meet the needs of professionals, yet easy to use for beginners. Sunshine Advanced Mix #4 is made with Canadian Sphagnum peat moss, coarse perlite, coconut coir pith (coir), and organic starter nutrient charge that contains gypsum, dolomitic limestone, and organic wetting agent plus a plentiful helping of multiple strains of mycorhizzae for improved nutrient and water uptake, and better resistance to stress.

OP asked about sunshine#4, not sunshine advanced or the newer sunshine #4 with myco. Regular sunshine #4 has NO COCO!!

Regular sunshine #4 is: Formulated with Canadian Sphagnum peat moss, coarse perlite, starter nutrient charge (with Gypsum) and dolomitic limestone.

Sunshine #4 w/myco is the regular formula with endomycorhizzae

Sunshine #4 advanced is what chuck posted.
