Promix for potting and seeding

Hey all. I was a Lowes recently and found that they actually had something other than Miracle Grow! I have been using some small bags of a seed starting mix that seems ok, but it only comes in really small bags. I know that it isn't the professional line of promix that a lot of you here use, but is this stuff decent quality? Its call Premier ProMix for potting or seeding. Its in an orange 2 cu ft bale, and only costs about 13 bucks. I know it can't be as good as the 40 dollar stuff, but here is what it contains..... what do you think?? Anyone use this brand?? Any suggested ammendments(will be using water soluble nutes)

Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss
Limestone (for pH adjustment)
Perlite
Wetting Agent
Vermiculite

PRO-MIX Potting & Seeding Mix is recommended for plants requiring a growing pH between 5.5 -7.0.
