Project TGA Cherry Bubba

So I thought it was time to actually tell everyone my plans for the Bubba Kush I have recently added to my stable of strains. Dioxide has already been hard at work and is currently testing the Ripped Bubba but being the old man of the group I am starting do take my time so I am taking a different route than a normal poly hybrid.

First why this cut? Its my favorite from a pool of about 15 I have had the opportunity to study traits of. The cutting came through The Green Avengers and was run my the owner of the Mist prior to both Dioxide and myself running her.

My project will outcross the Bubba Kush with Space Dude and then select from that gene pool a Kush dominant male and then back cross to the original BK mom.

This process will lock down more of the traits of the Kush while adding flavor, resin and hopefully increased hash production.

So it will take several months to run out the CB ( Cherry Bubba) and select the proper male to back cross to the mother.

yesh cant wait for more of these kush based crosses, hopefully you can work some flavor changes into it, im really tired of OG all the time even though its more sativa dom than indica, and all the other indica stuff floating around so cal just isnt all that tasty unless its purple kush or something and good luck finding some good PK down here lol. Medically i need the heavy pain relieveing high of an indica, but i like a lil mix of sativa in there too. I've been able to get that so far but all the flavors are so similar its quite disappointing very much lookin forward to some tasty indica crosses.

Wow 14 months huh i hope im able to grow still, i have ALS (aka Lou Gerhigs Disease) and it's getting harded n harder to tend to my garden. Im in a wheelchair now if i didn't have a friend who helps me i'd be screwed. I live in Oregon City if you need any local test gardens though..............lol I wish!

bubba has always been somthing i keep my eye out for, all the other og this, and platinum skywalker supernova BS kush's dont mean much to me.

but when i see bubba at the dispensaries I normally take little treat home with me

The bud structure of plants from the kush and chemdawg family is different than other types of bud.

break into some landrace strains. please create something different i know you got the talent!

I don't know what to say, you keep on creating and reworking strains that are exciting and amazing and fit all my desires. Can't wait to further see more of this strain, I want to grow this SO MUCH! It would be my dream to have a heavy indica with that tga goodness mixed in! Not to say your urkle crosses aren't heavy already, I guess I'm a kush fiend, not so much og though.

I do hate the taste of Kush's thats why I am working the strain.
A Kush is a Kush because it originates from the Kush Valley simple. The taste and smell are very distinctive.
Work land races if you want I dont drive a model A and I am not going back in time 100 years in breeding, the argument is old and stale and people that type it have never germinated any land race beans if they had they would know its a genetic mess.
How do I know this I have started thousands of land race seeds

Nobodies tongue is the same. I have to give you thanks and props for this strain line though, Kush has a nostalgic smell for me I enjoy it very much. I can only imagine it reworked with some space queen now, . Can't wait for the bubba and jack cross that is in the works. cbd+some possible thcv would be incredible as one could imagine. I've got a tga black cherry that I've had since 2005~6? I also grow a beautiful astroboy, they were both a cut above all their siblings. I crossed both of them w/a SKUNK KUSH from sensi, and the astrokush is a massive watermelon skunk dream. This has nothing to do with anything on this thread, but just wanted to say thanks, for all the years now of making growing exciting for me again!! The 1st strain I bought was Spacetooth....remember that one?
