Skunk as you know I did not attend standard school as a child for which I am greatfull. You must certainly know I was also in the music business long ago. I was offered full ride scholarships the worlds top two music schools. I chose Berklee Music School in Boston where I earned a degree and was very successful at my trade. I was quite wealthy before turning 20 which is why I don't give a shit about selling you anything. When I was diagnosed with RSD I also attended culinary arts school as a distraction from the pain. I earned a degree from CIA as well. I [ was not as fortunate as most and am self educated with college funds for all 3 of my children, a home that's paid and a condo in Vail also paid in full. Not bad for an idiot.so please save the slapping crap for someone else.QUOTE=skunkushybrid01;4362885]gonzo.. lol, as your handle implies you are quite confused as to what is happening here.

nobody is questioning strains can flower in 43 days.

what is in question is Dana's right to sell himself as the professor of pot when he wouldn't know a degree if it slapped him in the face.

you should sell a house and help your girl. she said she was dying because she can't afford her medical costs. the right thing to do would be to help her. ;)

Provide 1400 ppm C02 and use a good nute.
this is actually some good advice. I see you're advising to maintain 1400ppm throughout the entire grow. I see you've figured that out... only i would add to this that the 1400ppm you mean is actually on the x5 scale of EC conversion. all PPM measurements are converted from EC. So 1400ppm is actually somewhere around 2.8ec, and people are actually fine to maintain that level throughout an entire grow. 2.8 ec on the x7 scale of course is around 2000ppm. people use different types of meters, they won't all be using your one. far easier to give a basic EC measurement so people can make their own conversions.
Skunk: I don't understand your post guy. PM stated "Provide 1400 PPM CO2 and use a good nute" He is really stating 2 things: to provide 1400 PPM Co2 and to provide the plants with good nutes. You don't measure CO2 with a TDS meter so there is no conversion factor to contend with. Scouring through his posts, i see only one time he mentioned nutrient levels and he stated in EC, not PPM. I think you may have misread ?

I'll take your word for it man. I smoke a lot. if so I apologise for mis-reading. it's very easily done. I have a lot of knowledge on nutrients which is probably why i subconsciously steered the topic to this area. sorry.

This is like a bad wreck....I can't look away.

And before anyone flames me...I was one of the first in this thread to question Dana's intentions. And the first to post a pic of my op and state how many years I've been grow....

Sheeeet I have Qleaner to go take down, this has turned into a waste of my time

yeah i can see where i got confused now... 1400ppm on the x5 scale is around 2.8ec. That's around what a plant can take at peak flower.

on that note tho, what conversion would b used with advanced nutes?
it's not the nutes... it's the meters. Some meters will convert EC x7 and others, like hanna meters and a lot of other US brands will measure EC x5. same measurement, they just use different conversions for it for some unknown (to me) reason.

Just because you grow big budz doesnt mean your harvests are big. There only so much you can do with a no veg plant. Dont limit your money.

i thought in the “bible” ec conversions depended on the nute brand. wait...before i go act like i know what im talkin about im gonna doublecheck what i read.

Hey,

I went to one of his seminars and it was GREAT!!! I learned alot and all was true. You do need faster developing clones. You know some strains say 75 days and others are faster but there is much more to it. He knows all the right things to do at the right time. He has also helped me for free with just a phone call.

Bash all you want.. I'm on his side. I've seen results!

I recall the professor mentioning that he charges a $10,000 base fee, then an additional $250 an hour...(or something of this nature, not too sure...)

I'm glad I stumbled across the pcp thread. I thought I was the only one who liked selling bullshit, arguing and breaking HID lighting equipment.
