Problems with my auto feminized taiga

My 10 dutch passion auto fem'd taigas' are 7 weeks in now... supposed to finish in 8-10... NO FUCKIN BUDS!! wtf?? anyone else grown these? i know they are a new strand but i figured id go for it... i think i got fukt. sent them into 24 of dark yesterday.. any other ideas? thanks

hi, guys , same problem with me.... i've got 8 of them and none of them still flowers.... i don't know what to do ... please help
 
Looks like you're screwed guys... I'm really sorry to hear that, i weep for you :-(

Atleast now all that reads this post knows to avoid this strain...
 
Are they clones or from seed. Don't know for sure but auto flowers still need time to Veg.(4Weeks?) then 8 to 10 to flower from seed. maybe I don't know me be stoned
 
aww aint that a bitch.. i emailed back and forth with dutch passion and they said to send them into 48 hrs of dark, then into a 12/12 cycle. which ive done though i tried to explain to them that these are supposed to be autoflowering and not dependent on a light cycle. havent heard back... i dont think they know wtf their talking about. autos cannot be cloned they have to be grown from seed. As for the taigas... FUCK THEM stay away from dutch passion strains.. at least the autos taiga/tundra. they look really healthy and smell nice but nothing, ive got no choice now but to ride them out. If your going auto.. stick with low ryder 2s... easiest grow nice yield. diesel ryders are very nice but stink way too much for my filter... auto aks are also nice but take a little longer. i love autos but am fuckin pissed about the taigas
 
Well wow, I was actually planning on picking up some of these for the next grow, if this is the case, I guess I wont..

Sounds to me like it was a ruderalis cross but none of the seeds you guys got actually had the autoflowering genes.
 
damn those white berry er whatever they are look like some happy plants! well done. my taigas are now in their 9th week and still have about a month to go i figure. they are flowering since ivei had them in 12/12 which is bullshit, and they are waayy too big for my space now (3-4ft) which is bullshit, so ive got them bent over every which fuckin way. they look great besides the fact that they shouldve been in my jars by now and the fact that they have out grown my 'auto-only' grow space and the fact that i cant start anymore until these are almost done.... eeeggghhh fuck fuck fuckiddy fuckshit.. gay dutch passion.. really gay

I am really interested in the actual bud though, taiga is the power plant cross right? Do you have any pics?
 
noooooooo this is not the news i wanted to hear about this strain, i was just in my local seed shop today and was looking at feminized dutch passion taiga and tundra and the mdanzigs blue streak/bluryder. I ended up only buying the non femmed blue streaks cuz i didnt have the coin on me to get some of the taiga's too, I was gonna go back next week to pick them up but i guess not. Iv grown one or two dutch passion strains in the past and was somewhat pleased with them but with all the people in here having the same problem I have to take your advice. Thanks for the heads up you saved me like $100.
 
Do you think the problem was from where you got the seeds, some seedbanks sell shitty f2's, or do you think it is a dutch passion problem?
 
just because I just joined here doesnt mean I dont know shit. Maybe i shouldnt of said f2 in general but alot of seedbanks get the original strain from the breeder and then fuck with the strain selling watered down seeds. Dont be a hater Tryingtomastrkush

LOL.......maybe try rereading my post?......I said absolutely nothing about you, I wasn't referring to you......I was talking about the OP who has "strands" of weed instead of "strains"

You asked him a question that I could probably guarantee he doesn't know the answer......
 
wow guys im just a guy sharing knowledge and experiences i could give a fuck about specific lingo.. you know what the fuck i mean.. right? we all do right? so who gives a fuck whether i didnt have an 'i' in a word... get a fuckin life... so these aren't bullshit side company seeds, the taigas came in a dutch passion packet.. the exact same packet ive gotten b4 except with a taiga sticker on it. i think the guy b4 had it right that they crossed it with rudy and they are def not 100% auto. if your goin for autos stay away from dutch passion.. just tryin to save people from making the same mistake i did.. getting seeds that were misrepresented

Ya i jus wanted to make sure they were true dutch passion, which by ur answer i guess they are. I wanted to make sure cuz some people sell their own versions of the strain. Your post was very helpful yet depressing, I really wanted to grow these but I have to take your word and save the $120 for something which will actually grow proper. Basically I was looking for ne excuse to still try these beans but I havent been able to find one.

fems are soo sketchy, especially with autos, thats a bad mix, cause theres little to no time to perfect the geneology needed to create good fems using autos. Normal feminized seeds are even hit or miss, lots of feminized scams rolling around, all being hermies. The smallest stress will convert a female to hermi if feminized

I'll give you that a true female is really the strongest female but feminized seeds are NOT near as bad as you seem to think man.
I have stressed the FUCK out of feminized plants and they stayed strong.
I have stressed a true female slightly and it went hermie.
There are many many more factors involved than just fem vs true fem.

Yes feminization increases your risk for hermies but there is really no reason to be scared of the seeds turning on you.
Maybe when people first started doing it you would need to be leery of them but throughout the past few years they have taken LEAPS towards feminized seeds being more stable.

Im not trying to talk shit man but I don't want someone reading your post and deciding not to buy feminized seeds because you don't trust them.
 
I am a big fan of feminized seeds because on the small scale grows I have done I don't have the room to get 5+ plants to maturity to see sex.

I have had no problems with my fem seeds at all.

I think the hermi ratio is affected by the method used to get the female pollen.

theres multiple ways to do it, but the best way is to just let a female plant keep flowering until it grows balls, you can harvest those pollen sacs and pollinate another female, or just let it pollinate itself, but I think hermi x hermi would be hermi-ized seeds, I could be wrong though, alot of people say that happened to them and they had some bomb ass feminized seeds no hermi or anything.
