Problem with Mold AND Spider Mites? INDOOR GROW

Hi. A brief rundown of my situation:

I had a mite problem the last batch and a mold problem the batch before. Now, I'm in week 6 flowering (out of and I noticed that I have both mites AND mold. Neither problem is really bad (yet), but I am concerned that by week 8 it will become much worse.

My questions is: Is there a happy medium for temperature and humidity to prevent the spread of both mites and mold?

Right now my conditions are:
82-86 degrees daytime / 72-75 degrees nighttime
28-45% humidity

try to take a tablespoon of biodegreatable laundry detergent in your water or spray it on. that should get rid of mite.
