Problem,,, or not?

Temp is around 84F, RH is 60% (unsure since i don't trust the meter). Two fans blowing inside tent and 1 exhaust through carbon filter. Growing in soil with Biobizz nutes (Grow 2/3 strenght, Bloom full strenght). Watering every 3rd day. Don't spraying them with anything. They looks fine and grows well, just confused with these spots.
My big concern is if it was mold since i'm struggling with a little high RH in flower.

Did a little searching. Looking like 'white powdery mildew'. Here's some info that should help...
