You need to give more information than what you think you did not do.
What is your growing medium? If soil, what was the mix or proportions you started with?
What lighting? Indoors? Outdoors?
PH of soil and water if known, along with feeding schedule and types of nutrients used.
Without more information, anything we answer is nothing but a wild assed guess. SInce you appear to be in soil, I figure it may be some sort of over or under nutrient issue.
There is a stickied post that has lists of common problems with links and pictures. Check it out and if it isn't obvious, then let us know the above answers and someone smart will help. (Not me, I am out there flailing myself! :hump:)

How old and how big are they? Sounds like you have the lights ready to make them go!
I don't know that voodoo juice, but if it is high in P and K and you are in veg, it may be too much for your girls.

You have leaves that are a little too dark green along with some leaf tip burn, both indicating that you have "fert burn;" too much fert has been given. As far as splashing fert on the plant goes, do you think this is possible? If not, then you need to consider something else. I doesn't really look like that as I've done that and can say it looks more like a nutrient problem right now more than anything else. You gotta go easy on these ferts you can buy in a hydro shop, meaning try not to feed to often. It might not be necessary.
