Can anybody tell what this is?plant 1 week In happy frog 230 watts cob and distilled water and some diatomaceous earth for topping little nats flying around in a grow room.

I wouldn't worry about it...I get marks on my plants similar to that in my seedlings, I always attributed it to their fast rate of growth. You said you have nats, do you mean fungus nats, or just regular nats? Either way, I wouldn't start to worry too much unless it actually starts to inhibit your plant's growth or other symptoms appear.

Need to use Cal/Mag if your using RO or Distilled.

Oh I missed that part, thanks for catching it Jypsy! For sure use Calmag, I prefer CaliMagic as you can give it in flower without completely OD'ing your babies on Nitro.
