pretty sure these are thrips, how bad are they?

Hi all, I think I've found some thrip damage. Can someone confirm that's what they are?
Do they need to be dealt with and how urgently? There are hardly any of them, plants are Autos in week 3.

Probably a safe way to deal with this is neem oil with a drop of natural soap top and underneath leaves, follow up a couple of days later

Thrips are best dealt with using a product where SPINOSAD is the active ingredient.

And yes they are thrips.

If you’re inside get them dealt with.

If you’re outside look at what you can do as far as netting etc goes.

never had a bug problem yet *fingers crossed* but I have two bottles of neem oil ready for that day but to get rid of thrips just use neem
