I am new to the growing world and need some help. My plants are indoors, about 5 weeks old with and average height of 1 foot. I have had them on a 24 hr light. I have been watering every other day or sooner if the soil is getting dry. When I looked at them today they have pollen sacks and some of them have white hairs. I am not sure how this happened or what to do with them. Should I lower the lights and let them flower or can I stop the flowering. I am worried about the strength of the plants. The main stems may not be strong enough to support the buds.Trying to find my webcam to take a pic asap..Thanks for any help
 
Change them to 12/12 light asap. They have started the flowering process, maybe you have an auto-flowering strain. No big deal, they will get up to 4 feet tall if you flower now. If the stem is weak, that is ok, once the buds get too heavy, get a small stick and tie the stem to it with zip ties. We need pics!:hump:
 
It sounds like you've educated yourself, so you know what to do with all those boys should you not be looking to breed. Best of luck!
 
Those are pre flowers. Ya dont have to start flowering. I get pre flowers every time i have grown. Pull the males and take care of the feamales. When they get bigger in 1 month or so then go 12x12.

they are just showing sex...I grew mine this big with white hairs all over them before I switched to 12/12....depends on how big you want your plants to be...but they are still just veggin doll

Mine are doing the same thing. They showed sex on 24/0. Will they complete the flowering process if I don't go to 12/12?
 
I think plants need a dark period 20 hrs on 4 off is OK also an oscillating fan blowing hard enough to gently move the plants will help the branches to hold those buds its like exersize is to people bamboo stakes are always helpful as well good growing
 
sounds like you got ur self auto flower their one time grows, no clones.. u can seed like a branch if u cant get anymore other seeds
