Those aren't preflowers, you are in flowering bud. You gotta be shortening your light hours somewhere. Continue w/ 12/12 to get the metabolism out of them and budden up!

At a 2nd look, I'd say you are 12-15 days into flowering. Give it another week to see boomtastic results and lower height spurts. You might have started your grow in a flowering cycle from seed, what is your lighting time?

they have been on 24 hrs a day for around a month...400W MH bulb in now but once my fem pp veg for another month or so ill switch in my HPS. The two are only bag seed so im not to sure what to say

I was thinking lowryder possibly but its only bag seed and im not to sure. But i wanted to veg my pp for a month. so would i be safe to just keep my two big ones under the mh 24hrs of light for a while? then flower all 5 plants at once under my hps?

I'd say 12/12, but I don't know what Lowryders require, as if to anything specific. Might wanna find a Lowryder grower with a little more info on the matter.

some more pics that keep me confused

Auto-flowering strain? very strange to see them producing flowers like that under 24H light. If they're auto flowering they may be lowryder or a simular strain which have short flower times (7-8 weeks). You could leave them in veg for another month but your yeild could be less than if you were to switch them to 12/12. Lowryder strain will auto flower up until harvest without changing your light cycle, but then again you don't know if it is lowryder for sure (I wouldn't chance it, but I'm a newbie). I would setup two seperate areas one for veg and one for flowering. Once you put that baby under 12/12 her hormones will build up even more than they are now and the buds will fill out real nice. Looking good though.

SORRY. Didn't see the new pics of the sac's. That explains it. Hermie for sure. Don't have much experience in dealing with hermie's. Hope fully someone else will have some better advice for you.

That plant has a lot of balls you can try taking them off but i rekon that they will only keep growing back.
That plant appears to be a true hermie and will probably just keep producing in that manner all the way through.

shittt lol this is my first grow and i have a mh hp conversion digital ballast, so i cant have two diff rooms :( and if i chop it then im left with only 4 plants but all fem for sure. I neutered it today, hopefully itll all work out
