Preflowers are playing games on me

hey everyone, i only noticed two days ago
that one of my plants was preflowering
but i'm finding it hard to tell whether it is
male or female. you'll understand once you see it:

to early to tell. just wait, its not like its producing pollen yet anyway. growing is half the fun!

boooooooo. this is my first grow. i suppose it won't hurt to wait a bit more to make sure. thanks for the fast replies.

looks like a male to me. notice the round shape with the almost like green feathers wrapping around it. soon it will stretch out further on a small stem. then that ball will get bigger. and if you let it flower you will see more balls appear next to it.
