pre flowers or flowering

My plant is not that old. I once again did not document.... but i am guessing 2 months old. Its an outside plant ( yes summer is starting here). I repotted her from a hempy to soil maybe a month ago. In the last month there has been almost no growth. But some ppl suggested its because i went from a small pot to a large so the roots are now settling.

On closer inspection today, i found this. Pistills, pistills everywhere! Dont get me wrong, i am glad its a girly, but is it flowering??? Or hmjust preflowers. Coz its way to early for flowering, right?

Pocs are not the clearest. Hope u can see. 20141030_163405.jpg20141030_163358.jpg

Plenty of questions to ask, but I'm going to be as short as I can.

How many hrs of light is it getting?

In the outdoors it maybe starting a bit of flowering,,,,BUT be confident as the amount of light time increases it will go back to veg and increase in size.
Some things to note are that it may have shorter internode spacing and longer bud "clusters" that appear to be one long bud! I have seen plants that do not reach their height potential after a moderate flower period. However I pretty sure that's a strain dependent issue, in relation to the breeding practice.

Sunmer has literally just startes here, so days are still getting longer. Today for instance, sunrise was at 5:22 and sunset is 18:30.

Hmm. Looking at that, its just over 12 hours, meaning a month ago it would have been less than 12 hours, hence the early flowering i would guess.

Now, new question. Could the slow growth most probably have been due to the plant gowing into flowering? And will re use energy in growth as soon as days get longer?

I agree with the other answers you got.
The plant was growing its roots to the new pot size/media. Hence the slow growth.

It may take a bit to get back to veg as the light increases so be patient with that......say around 2 weeks or a bit more.....be assured it will go back and increase in size.
