pre flowering?

My plants are about a month and 2 weeks old. They have these hair like things coming out of the nodes. Are these pre flowers for females. Any help will be much appreciated.
 
yes if your seeing them now at veg stage then there mature enough to put into flower. if there definately female then you can clone it!
